Villa Acqualina, a 45,000-square-foot residents-only amenity complex, has been unveiled as part of The Estates at Acqualina, a $1.8 billion ultra-luxury residential development in Sunny Isles Beach, Miami. It was created in collaboration with the Miami-based STA Architecture Group and the New York-based Reddymade Architecture & Design firms. The Estates at Acqualina also worked with the late Karl Lagerfeld, whose first American interior design venture was the lobbies.

Positioned between the North and South Residential Towers, Villa Acqualina harmoniously neighbors the esteemed Acqualina Resort & Residences. Under the creative direction of the architect and designer, Suchi Reddy, the design of Villa Acqualina is an embodiment of the Acqualina brand’s unwavering commitment to quality and opulence, infused with a refreshing contemporary aesthetic.

Reflecting on the project, Suchi Reddy, the founder of Reddymade Architecture & Design, explains, “Our goal was to craft distinctive signature spaces within the amenity complex that embody the essence of the Acqualina brand. Each area was envisioned as a unique experience, blending playfulness and beauty seamlessly.” Reddy further elaborates, “From an enchanting ice rink evoking an underwater ice cave to a vibrant and dynamic bowling alley that captures the essence and excitement of the game, every space was meticulously designed to bring a sense of wonder and joy, movement of the game that embodied the energy”

Villa Acqualina, spanning four floors, offers an array of luxurious amenities for residents. It boasts a cinema, golf simulator, Formula One racing simulator, and a captivating ice skating rink that resembles a mesmerizing crystalline cave. On the other side, you’ll find space dedicated to cardio exercises, a boxing ring, and stretching. Inspired by the ocean, the design incorporates a striking color palette of black and white with accents of “Dreaming Green” marble and jade mirror accents. The ceiling is adorned with mirror-polished stainless steel ovals, evoking a ripple effect akin to water.
