8. Aston Martin Residences
Aston Martin has ventured into the residential real estate market with the construction of a 66-story luxury residential tower, Aston Martin Residences Miami. This impressive building, featuring 391 units, is situated at the mouth of the Miami River on Biscayne Bay, according to a statement released by the firm on Tuesday.
Designed in collaboration with architect Rodolfo Miami of Bodas Mian Anger and constructed by G&G Business Developments, the 249-meter (818-foot) tall tower includes seven exclusive penthouses, each boasting private pools and terraces. The apartments within the tower range in size from one to five bedrooms.
The crown jewel of the development is the “Unique Triplex Penthouse,” a sprawling three-story residence atop the building, currently listed for $59 million.
The property officially opened on Tuesday, aligning with the Formula One Miami Grand Prix. In a statement, the company highlighted that this project represents “the latest distinct expression of Aston Martin’s ultra-luxury high-performance brand.”
The Unique Triplex Penthouse, listed for $59 million, includes the last remaining Aston Martin Vulcan, an 820 horsepower all-carbon fiber supercar, one of only 24 in existence, according to a company spokesman. Additionally, buyers of the 47 Signature and Penthouse units have the option to choose between an Aston Martin DBX sports SUV or the DB11 sports car.
Aston Martin isn’t the first or even second luxury automaker to venture into residential real estate. Bentley Residences will debut a 63-story building in 2026 along the coastline of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. This property will feature 216 units and an innovative elevator system designed to transport residents directly to their doorsteps while seated in their cars.
